人?財貨?情報の国境を超えた移動が活発化するグローバリゼーションの進展とともに、国際紛争も増加していく傾向にあります。この国際紛争の解決の一翼を担う国際法に関心を持ってもらい、国際紛争解決のための法的思考を学んでもらえたらと思います。 With the progress of globalisation, where transboundary movements of human-beings, goods, money and information has become more active, international conflicts have been increasing. I am glad if you will be interested in the international law that plays a part in the peaceful resolution of those international conflicts, and learn many “legal” skills for the peaceful resolution of such conflicts.
